Waste Collection

We collect household waste and maintain cleanliness in hallways/breezeways and community dumpster areas for residents.

Additional Services

Optional services include common area trash collection, pet waste stations, and bulk item disposal.

We ensure all waste around community trash/recycle bins and compactors is picked up on designated service days for a clean and refreshing environment.

Valet Trash Services (Standard)

We ensure clean communities with convenient door to door waste collection services at reasonable and competitive prices.

$14.00 per door / 1x per week

$18.00 per door / 2x per week

$22.00 per door / 3x per week

Community Cleanup

Our team maintains cleanliness in breezeways and dumpster areas at no additional cost.

On each collection day, we will remove any trash or debris found in the resident hallways or breezeways and around the dumpster areas, keeping your community clean and inviting.

Additional Services

We also offer optional waste removal services you can add to your agreement for a small monthly fee.

  • Bulk items left by residents around the dumpster area(s)

  • Community common area(s)

  • Pet waste stations

Standard service includes the following:

  • Door to Door Trash Collection

    • Includes pick-up/disposal of resident trash bag(s) and any cardboard boxes

  • Hallway / Breezeway Trash Clean-up

    • Includes pick-up/disposal of any trash/debris inadvertently left by residents/guests

  • Dumpster Area Clean-up

    • Includes pick-up/disposal of any trash/debris inadvertently left by residents/guests

$250.00 per month - outdoor common area(s) trash collection, waste basket trash bag replacement, and clean-up of any trash/debris around outdoor common area premises, excluding indoor facilities.

$300.00 per month - common areas trash collection as noted above, plus indoor facilities.

$150.00 per month - pet waste station trash bag removal and replacement of waste basket trash bag.

$200.00 per month - pet waste station trash bag removal, replacement of waste basket trash bag, and refilling of pet waste pick-up bags.

$450.00 per month - (ALL OF THE ABOVE) trash collection within all common areas, including indoor & outdoor facilities, the pool area, car care center, grill/picnic area, and the pet waste station(s),

$350.00 per month (up to 3 collections) - bulk waste removal (e.g.: furniture left by a resident within the dumpster area). NOTE: This service may require a separate visit to collect.
